If you would like action to be taken on your report, you should instead choose share with contact details.
We understand that this might be a difficult time for you and want to help connect you to support.
You have the option of choosing two-way messaging to communicate anonymously with an adviser about your report. If you opt in for two-way messaging you will be provided with a unique access code. It is important that you save this code to be able to log into messaging each time, as this will not be emailed to you or saved. If you have submitted a report and did not save the code you will need to submit a new report.
